In commemoration of the Civil War Trail throughout the state of Maine, the Osher Map Library has posted on its website all twelve issues of their Harper’s Pictorial History of the Civil War Star Series. This series was published in 1894 in celebration of the Civil War’s thirtieth anniversary, and gave a detailed account of the war.
