Onsite Research at OML:
The Osher Map Library and Smith Center for Cartographic Education (OML) welcomes any and all researchers who have projects related to OML materials. Items are viewed in the reading room under staff supervision.
Before visiting OML, check out the current open hours for OML’s facilities. Please make an appointment using our online reservation system. A member of our staff will follow up with you via email to confirm your appointment and determine what materials you would like to use for research.
All visitors to OML must check in at the reception desk upon arrival (Note: please look at our directions and parking instructions ahead of time). Researchers will be asked to register and must agree to abide by the OML’s reading room guidelines and material handling instructions.
