Included are reports from various departments including the Navy, Treasury; populations of the states, popular vote for president in the 1860 election; table showing number of fugitive slaves; ages of generals and southern forts in the U.S. The Dollar Weekly was published by Calvin W. Starbuck and ceased publication in 1866.
