The Osher Map Library and Smith Center for Cartographic Education at the University of Southern Maine welcomes all visitors to our Portland location. Visitors can schedule a research visit, plan to visit our gallery exhibits, or attend one of our programs. Monday, January 19th (MLK Jr Day)
Monday, February 16th (Presidents Day)
Monday, March 16th – Monday, March 23rd (Spring Break)
Please Note: If the University is closed due to inclement weather, the Osher Map Library and Smith Center for Cartographic Education is also closed. All gallery and research appointments will be cancelled for that day.
