Brief Description: Manuscript plan in pen and ink with blue watercolor in lake and pond areas. Handwritten note on the plan signed by George W. Coffin in Boston on April 15, 1812 directing the sale of lands "to cause to be surveyed". John Neal and Thomas McKechnie were directed to survey the land. Additionally "the north line of the million of acres belonging to the heirs of Wm. Bingham, Esqr." refers to the land purchased by Philadelphia banker William Bingham.
