Physical Description: A topographic map of Minorca occupies only one side of this sheet, the other side is occupied by a textual description of the island. Although the map and mapmaker are French, the textual description is in German. The cartouche and some of the text on the map is in French, and some of the text on the map is in Spanish, particularly the names of places. Significantly, the lower part of the sheet contains uncolored views of the towns of Mahon and Fort St. Phillipe.
