Includes announcement for Yip-Out: Resurrection of free, Central Park, all day, Easter Sunday, which was a be-in event held in preparation for the Democratic National Convention festival and protests. Also includes directions on how to make a fire bomb and DMT and a page with signs and symbols, including the fork and the inverted fork, which duplicates the content on pages 6-7 of Rudolph Koch's The book of signs, 1955. Cover also includes a map of the United States with an arrow pointing to the city of Chicago.

Historical Context: Counter-culture packet published by the Youth International Party or Yippies during a time of turmoil in the country especially regarding the Vietnam War. The festival was to coincide with the 1968 Democratic Convention in Chicago which devolved into violent clashes with the Chicago Police Department resulting in many injuries and arrests. An introductory text was supposedly penned by Jerry Rubin, one of the founding members of the Yippies.
