Brief Description: Every Saturday was an American literary magazine published from 1866 to 1874 in Boston, Massachusetts. It was edited by Thomas Bailey Aldrich and published by Ticknor & Fields. This issue was published by James R. Osgood & Company. The magazine featured works by Wilkie Collins, Charles Dickens, Winslow Homer and others. Woodblock illustrations feature Decoration Day, May 30th, 1871 with a group of mourners gathered at a gravesite. The issue also features a reunion of the Army of the Potomac at the Globe Theater in Boston on May 12th, 1871. Volume II Whole No. 75, Saturday, June 3, 1871.
