Brief Description: Hand fan printed recto and verso on yellow card stock produced in support of the 1915 campaign for woman suffrage in Massachusetts. Includes a map of the United States with each state outlined and colored black for no suffrage, white for full suffrage and shaded for states where suffrage was on the ballot in 1915. Below the map is printed: "If men of the West trust their women with the ballot why can't women of Massachusetts be trusted?" "Suffrage spreads from state to neighbor states. This proves it a success. Vote "Yes" November 2. The proposed amendment was defeated in Massachusetts. Women in that state only gained the vote when the 19th amendment was ratified in 1920.
