Conventions

Line breaks are set typographically in the following rather than being shown explicitly (as || or some such symbol). Contractions have been expanded, with the exception of, รป , a circumflex over a vowel represents the macron or other diacritical used in the text to indicate a following -m or -n.

Vertical lines in the original text were rendered as commas.

– continuation marker (=) in the original text.

= indicates the continuation of a word between two lines when not actually marked as a continuation in the original text.
