Detailed survey divided into lots includes descriptions of types of trees, land, swamps, poor land. Indicates road to Buckstown, present-day Bucksport. Jonathan Fisher was First Congregational minister from 1794 to 1837 in Blue Hill. He was a farmer, scientist, mathematician and surveyor. Fisher also wrote prose and poetry, bound his own books, designed and built furniture, among his many talents. He helped found the Bangor Theological Seminary.
