Brief Description: Map of the areas visible from the Eiffel Tower shown in white; areas not visible in grey. The map was created for the 1889 Exposition Universelle where the Eiffel Tower was formally unveiled. The map was meant to be carried up the tower and used as a viewing key. A. Bourdon created the map for the 1889 Exposition Universelle. It was printed by the Imprimerie Charles Unsinger in Paris. Unsinger was a French printer and typographer.
