Also included is an index table of empires, kingdoms, provinces and commonwealths featured in the history. The map was first published by Robert Walton and then attached to the English translation. According to Shirley all references to Walton are erased. The map usually appears in the third edition. English translation from the Latin. Note: "London: printed by J. Streater, and are to be sold by George Sawbridge at the Bible on Ludgate-Hill, MDCLIX."
