Information and Propoganda Map

A map detailing the production of information and propaganda by type and region. Propaganda was a common tool of the Communist party, which viewed its use as proper for the dissemination of the communist ideology in order to combat bourgeois ‘propaganda’.  This map uses icons to show the total production and geographic distribution of propaganda.
