Portland has many hotels and B&Bs, but June is a busy month so people are encouraged to book early. The symposium has blocks of rooms reserved at two hotels:
• Holiday Inn by the Bay, 88 Spring St., Portland, ME 04101 – call +1 207.775.2311. The conference rate is $169.00. This hotel will provide a shuttle from the airport and bus/train station.
• Residence Inn by Marriott, 145 Fore Street, Portland, ME 04101 – call +1 207.761.1660. The conference rate is $179.00. This hotel does not provide shuttle service.
To secure the cheaper symoisum room rates, reservations must be made BEFORE 20 April 2018.
